Universal Pictures has acquired the rights to “A Vicious Circle,” a graphic novel series from Boom! Studios. The series, created by “Terminator Zero” showrunner Mattson Tomlin and artist Lee Bermejo, will be adapted into a film with Tomlin writing the screenplay.
