Holly Hunter Cast as Captain in Paramount+’s Starfleet Academy
Academy Award-winning actress Holly Hunter has been cast as the captain and chancellor in the highly anticipated “Star Trek: Starfleet Academy” series, according to an announcement from Paramount+. The series will focus on the experiences of young cadets at the Starfleet Academy as they navigate challenges, friendships, and a new threat to the Academy and the Federation. In addition to this exciting series, a Star Trek prequel movie is also in the works, set before the events of the 2009 film
