HBO’s Newest Crusade and Sci Fi Gets More Haunted
Some pretty cool news in the land of television. Seems like HBO, in a co-production with the U.K.’s Channel 4, will create a new eight-hour miniseries about the Third Crusade. I was still hoping for Spielberg’s Knights of the Round Table miniseries, but I’ll settle for someone-on-one with Saladin and Richard the Lionheart.
Also in the works, though a lot more vague, is Avery House, a Sci Fi channel drama from Mark Burnett Prods. No, this isn’t a reality show – it will be scripted and center on a family who move into a haunted house. Like we’ve never seen that before.
