With the arrival of the Inhuman Bondage DLC, players will have the opportunity to explore a long-forgotten subterranean region known as The Catacombs. Nestled deep beneath the surface, this perilous area is home to the liquefied dead, posing a formidable challenge for even the most skilled adventurers. This new mini-region is designed to be high risk, high reward, introducing a range of new enemies drenched in an oozing slime. Moreover, players will have access to an array of new items that will not only add variety but also elevate the level of challenge in both the original Confessions mode and the forthcoming Kingdoms mode.

To aid players in this treacherous new region, the developers have introduced a mysterious character called The Abomination. This reclusive alchemist possesses a unique battle mechanic that allows him to transform into a fearsome monstrosity. However, this transformation comes at a price, as the character’s stress levels can spiral out of control. The Abomination comes complete with a host of exclusive trinkets, signature items, palettes, weapon kits, and a fully voiced origin story that features playable flashback encounters.

In addition to the Inhuman Bondage DLC, players can look forward to the introduction of the Kingdoms game mode, which will be available for free alongside the DLC. This new game mode completely reimagines the structure of the game, offering players a parallel experience to the Confessions mode. In Kingdoms, players will be entrusted with the task of defending the realm from incursions by all-new enemy factions, the first of which are the ravenous and rotting beastmen.
