Russell Crowe as Jor-El in Pics from Superman Reboot, ‘Man of Steel’
New photos of Russell Crowe as Jor-El in Man of Steel have got me thinking about the Superman reboot. I don’t want to say this is bad, because you know how things look in on-set photos and how they completely transform into magic on the big screen…but I’m not sure how I feel about how shaggy he looks. I’m definitely biased as I remember fondly how Marlon Brando portrayed Superman’s father in the original movies. I’m not sure if beards have a place on non-evil Kryptonians. Is that wrong?
