Coming to Disney Parks… “Destini”
Walt Disney Imagineering conducted what they call a “playtest” of a prototype animatronic character at Disneyland on September 24 and 25, 2010. The character, a test of the latest in WDI’s Living Character Initiative program, is called Destini (which seems to be Pepe the Prawn from the Muppets playing the role). After inserting a quarter into a slot on the front of the booth, the curtain opened and this is what followed…
