Disney Theme Park Update

With summer upon us, lets check in to the parks on both coasts for what we can expect in the near future…

None of this is brand new information, but here’s a brief recap of the amazing future awe coming to Disneyland and Walt Disney World:
— TRON – lots of merchandise to support the film. TRON overlays on monorails at WDW. Rumors of Starcade 2nd floor turning into Flynn’s Arcade at DL.
— New Fantasyland/Toontown including an update of Dumbo. It will now be larger, featuring two Dumbo rides, one on each side and a whole new queue area themed after the Circus portion of the movie.
— The long-awaited Little Mermaid dark ride.
— The chance to meet the Princesses in a whole new interactive way. Each at their own cottage or house. Meet Aurora on her surprise 16th birthday party thrown by the 3 fairies and meet Belle in her castle and dine with her in a whole new dining experience!
— New California Adventure attractions and re-branding including:
-Disney’s World of Color Nighttime spectacular
-Cars Land
-Re-theme of Sun Wheel into Mickey’s Fun Wheel
-Re-do of the orange stinger into Silly Symphonies Swing
-New Main Entrance theme after Buena Vista Street
-Toy Story the Musical will be re-written from the Cruise Ship version and added to the Hyperion Theatre.
