Wait Watchers: Tracking Theme Parks
I know I’m beginning to sound like Francis, but I hate lines. I do my best to avoid them. So going to Disney or Universal can be maddening, and I often opt the extra bucks for the VIP treatment to avoid the huddled masses. Now, iPhone users can look to Wait Watchers, an app that tracks wait times on theme park ride lines, as their inside man. Tracking Disney and Hollywood Studios parks in both Florida and California, the app relies on user participation, which is a bit of a drag. Something that syncs with the already posted bigboard would be so much better than relying on people to log in their time on line. Still, for .99, it might be worth picking up if you’re headed to a fun place near you.
