Movies get “Sweded”
I still haven’t seen “be Kind, rewind.” I heard it was not that great. BUT – you gotta hand Michael Gondry this — he has started a movement. People are now using video cameras, ingenuity and cardboard to parody their favorite movies. I think it’s wonderful, and reminds me of the good old days. Shows how much you can do with so little.

I am on the other end of this. I liked it when people tried to make things that were good. Not bad. I found the Be Kind unwatchable and all of these like-minded “sweded” videos to be extremely grating. They ruin the fun and taint my mind.
At least when the movies I make are bad, it happens naturally..not on purpose!
