    I think this suggests that Paramount has a great deal of faith in this movie’s awesomeness.  LOTR aside, I never felt like Christmas ever worked for a blockbuster release.  Now Star Trek’s gonna be a summer smash!  Woo!

    I heard rumors that they wanted to make some script changes but were unable to, due to the strike.  Unsubstantiated, for sho.  Either way, gives the team more time to do what they need to!
